Our story

The Group was founded in 1990, and everplay group plc (formerly Team17 Group plc) successfully listed in 2018. Subsequently, the Group has completed the business acquisitions of StoryToys in 2021, astragon and The Label in 2022, and Independent Arts Software GmbH by astragon in 2023, along with the IP acquisitions of a number of key titles, including: Golf With Your Friends, Hell Let Loose and Hammerwatch. In 2025, the Group changed its name to everplay group plc to reflect the evolution of the business.

Today, everplay group plc employs over 390 people across 8 locations in 5 countries, and operates across three divisions astragon StoryToys and Team17.

The business typically generates over 70% of sales from its high quality back catalogue, with around 35% of sales coming from our owned first-party IP. Our games appeal to a wide range of gamers, from 2 to 60 years of age and across over 150 games.

In FY2025, the Group delivered revenues of £166.0m , gross profit of £76.3m and adjusted EBITDA of £48.5m, up 11% on the prior year.

The Board has declared a final ordinary dividend of 1.9 pence per share, including the 1.0 pence interim dividend, taking the total dividend for FY2025 to 2.9 pence per share (FY2024: 2.7 pence), payable to shareholders on 19 June 2026.
